October 8, 2019 at 405 E. Wilbur· D. Mills Avenue. Kensett, Arkansas 72082, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The estimated construction cost of the project is between $210,000.00 and $230,000.00.

Telephone number is 901-867-5220. A deposit of $100.00 is required for each set of Bidding Documents. Such deposit will be refunded to each person who returns the bidding documents in good condition within ten (10) days after bid opening. Mills Avenue, in Kensett, Arkansas for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this prebid conference.
